黒一色になるのはいつ？

テレビを見たり音楽を聴いたりするために光源とプロジェクターを一体化したソリューションを持つというアイデアは素晴らしいものですが、その実現は標準以下でした。当初、テレビでレビューを見たため、オリジナルの Aladdin を購入しました。現代のプロジェクターに関しては、色は標準的だったと思います。音も標準的でした。フラットスクリーンテレビよりは良いかもしれませんが、完全ではありません。サブウーファーがないので、あの深い低音は得られないでしょう。そのため、アクション映画を見るのが好きな人には理想的ではありません。
Diga からストリーミングしてテレビや録画した番組を見るために、数年間使用していました。最初に使用した当初は、一部の人気アプリケーションに広告はありませんでしたが、数か月後には広告が表示されるようになりました。Android から派生した製品であるにもかかわらず、アプリは Aladdin のエコシステムに限定されています。私たちは Aladdin を通常のテレビとして使用し、1 日に 2 〜 3 時間視聴し、夜に完全にオフにしています。数年後、画面が真っ黒になりました。

The idea of having an all-in-one solution of a light source and projector to watch TV or listen to music is fantastic idea but the execution was sub standard. We initially purchased the original Aladdin because we saw a review of it on TV. I would say the colors were standard as modern projectors were concerned. The sound was standard, also. It might be better than a flat screen TV but it's not full. There is no sub-woofer so you would unlikely get those deep bass. So if you love watching action movies, this won't be ideal.
We had it for a few years to stream from Diga to watch TV or recorded shows. Some popular applications did not have advertisement in the beginning when we first used it, however in the coming months advertisement started to appear. The apps are limited to Aladdin’s ecosystem even though it is a branch off Android. We use Aladdin as a regular TV, watching 2-3 hours a day and completely turning it off at night. A couple of years later the screen turned black.
We reached out to Aladdin. We agreed to upgrade to this Aladdin 2 for a fee. Initially everything this was fine. But a couple of years later, the same issue occurred. The screen is covered with hundreds of dead pixels. It turns out it occurs do to changes in the voltage, for example, turning off the system using the wall switch. If there are kids in the household and they forgot or accidentally hit the wall switch this might trigger the system to start failing. In hindsight, there should have been warning or at least reminders to do so on the home screen, as it seems to be a known problem
I asked if they can repair the issue. They replied they couldn't as it was issue with the chipset.
Supposed the Aladdin X2 remedy the situation with a different chipset. This is a similar cycle to get us to upgrade from the original Aladdin to the next generation.
Honestly, if you want to watch TV, I recommend to get an OLED TV instead of the Aladdin for this price. The colors are richer and the black blacker. Most likely, a standard TV would likely last you for 8-10 years with regular use and care. With the Aladdin, I got half of that at a higher cost. I do not recommend the Aladdin at the current price point as a compact media player.
Also, if you game on the Aladdin, such as the famous Suika game, do not use the remote that comes with the system. The remote will become sticky with repeated use and will be hard to navigate in the hub area.
